Frequently asked questions

Where can I collect my flowers from?

Working on a pre-order basis, we ask for orders to be with us by 5pm Tuesday for collection ready for Friday - Collection point is Arboretum, 46 Barton Common lane, Barton on Sea BH25 5PS.

Do you offer delivery?

We offer a local delivery service each week... our delivery teams are out every Friday delivering bouquets and regular subscription flowers to homes and businesses across the New Forest. Due to us being a small local independent florist we can only currently offer delivery to BH25 and surrounding areas (+3 miles) We ask for all orders to be with us by 5pm each Tuesday for that week's delivery - this helps us to maintain freshness and reduce waste with the intention of being as sustainable as we can. 

Can I request specific flowers in my bouquet?

We always try to accommodate specific requests! However, flower availability depends heavily on the season and market supply. If a specific bloom isn't available, we will substitute it with something of equal or greater beauty and value.

What happens if the recipient isn't home?

If it’s safe to do so, we will leave the flowers in a shaded, secure spot and tuck a "calling card" through the door. If no safe spot is available, we’ll contact the sender or recipient to arrange a redelivery.

How does the subscription service work?

By subscribing to ellabloom we will deliver either a bouquet or table arrangement (your choice) to your home / business every fortnight. Our subscription delivery falls upon the 2nd and 4th Friday of each week.
